Award Winning Home Stager and Interior Designer Profile

Born in Europe but raised in the Heart of Texas, Tricia brings a fresh approach to traditional decor and design concepts.  Having lived in and traveled to many different countries and cities throughout the world, Tricia’s designs combine the essence of her global experiences with her Southern roots. 

Her residential projects range from smaller homes to sprawling estates. 
Though she is formally educated and Certified as a Professional Home Stager and Interior Redesigner, she believes that passion and style cannot be mastered in a classroom.  Her expertise is enhanced through exposure to various forms-- from marketing to fashion, architecture, nature, and discoveries.  Tricia skilfully combines custom furnishings and antiques with estate sales treasures, to create a signature space for her clients. 

She posesses a natural affinity for creating beautiful living spaces, with a balance of style, function and practicality.   Her attention to the smallest details is the foundation of her design.  From Home Staging techniques that get the property sold, to creating a comfortable retreat, Tricia's dedication to her clients needs and wishes is the success factor of her home staging and interior redesign business.

Tricia and her husband Mark share a passion for shopping in little-known places for one-of-a-kind pieces to accent their designs.    You are as likely to run into the two brainstorming together at the Harker Heights Starbucks as you are at a neighborhood garage sale or high-end boutique in Salado or Austin. 

 “We’re always on the lookout for that one extraordinary piece of décor that provides inspiration for the rest of the room,” says Tricia. “We travel all over Texas, connecting with other home stagers and designers, and search online to bring our clients the perfect design elements that best represent their personality and lifestyle.”

Mark’s career as a professional Real Estate Photographer blends perfectly into the business, adding another dimension to the services offered to their Central Texas clients.  The Haven at Home design team's passion for home staging and interior design is reflected in the beautiful surroundings that they create. An ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and her clients have earned Tricia a well deserved reputation as a true professional.

Our Design Team includes:

Megan Peters, with an Architectural Degree from University of Virginia.  Megan provides us with hand drawn sketches, computer aided renderings, and strong staging and redesign skills.

Trevor Hicks, with his background in the arts and merchandising, provides the team with on-site direction for our installations.
